Tenn,
Start by airing up all 4 tires, say 7psi. Let them sit an hour, then measure the diameter of each tire, putting your thin tape measure in the center of the tire. Write the measurement on the wheel, 56 1/2 57 1/4 etc. They should be close in diameter, you will want the smallest tire on the inside.

If they are the same. put 20psi of air in one of the tires and let it sit in the sun for a couple of hours, it will stretch the tire. I would start with 1/2" to 3/4" of stagger,
(front and rear) you can then use stagger as a tuning tool, more stagger= loose, less stagger=tight

Dirt sprint cars will run 18-20" of stagger in the rear just to get them to turn with wings , so don't be scared to experiment.
