My dad has a scrambler 400 and yes, they can get up and go, but that thing is a nightmare. It sits way to high so it is easily rolled, if you try to swing the front end around you swing it all the way around. A lot of things have broke and parts are very hard to get at; you need to take off a ton of plastic to get at anything. They are donut machines though. It would be a good quad to drag or do donuts with, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything else.
