Default Clamp on filter sizes - Carb size

I need to get an air filter for my LT. I am looking at a clamp on, because I dont have an air box.

I want to buy one that fits on my stock carb, and if possible, a 38 or 39 PWK in the future.

I measured my stock carb where the filter will bolt on (O.D), and its 67-68mm. According to keihin's website, both the 38 and 39 have an measurement of 63mm.

It doesn't seem correct that the larger aftermarket carb has a smaller inlet.

I know 4mm doesnt seem like much, but if I am going to order one, possibly a K&N with outerwear for $50+, I would like it to be right on.

Has anyone ran into an issure with this before?

Or if someone has a PWK sitting around, could you please measure it.

Default Follow up for ruture reference

I went on to K & N website and ordered directly from them. I measured my stock carb where it bolts on, and it was about 67mm, and my buddies aftermarket carb, which was 63 (I want this one eventually). So I looked on the website under universal filters, and went for the round straight instead of the cone because it fits better with the prefilter. The inside diameters (where it bolts on), k&n offers 62, 64, 65, & 67mm.
I got the 65, and I had to tighten the clamp down alot.
In hindsight, I would have gotten 62 or 64.
They are more forgiving than they claim.
Make sure you take an accurate measurement, and also measure to see what length of filter you can have without hitting your shock or something else.

The filter, prefilter, + shipping was about $55 from K&N's online store.

Here is a pic:
