What do those sell for? I saw the ad on there site but didn't see what they sell for.
What is so good about them. what is special about them? What do they do that stock cylinders don't do?

They're goin for 800 - 900 on ebay right now. Here's what one of them says:
This auction is for a 68mm bore Cylinder for a 4mm stroker crank. This is the all new cylinder from the "Cheetah" line of cylinders: the "Cheetah Cub." The "Cub" is the new cylinder from CP Industries that has the proven port layout of the Cheetah, combined with the benefits of utilizing stock Banshee components. It is a "bolt-on" cylinder. This auction is for a 58mm stroker crank. And we have other sizes in stock that are AVAILIBLE NOW!. With triple exhaust ports and six transfers, it is designed to make the torque and horsepower you want. It maintains the same head pattern as the stock Banshee, and the stock reed cage dimension. We have come set up for stock stroke, and a 4mm stroke ready now. And we will have 7mm/10mm version in a matter of days. The 68mm big bore version requires some dome re-configuration, that we can do for you. Or, you can purchase the cylinder with our custom domes, and billet head (PICTURED BELOW). The 65mm stock stroke version has the 350cc racer in mind. And your stock head will bolt on and run. We highly recomend dome re-configuration for maximum performance. We also provide porting for your extreme horsepower need. Sell your Banshee cylinder! Time to order a Cub! We have cylinders ready to ship NOW, contact us before they're gone

Here's a dealer's prices (http://www.ohtonracing.com/bansheeproducts.htm)
I think this one right here (Cheetah Cub 392cc Cylinder, 68mm Bore, 54mm Stroke, 110mm Rod $875) would be awesome just because it should be pretty damn reliable since it's really just a bored out motor without any stroking. All of those ports!!!!!! Do you think the old lady would notice it? Haha, probably not.

That looks pretty sweet I might just have to look at that when the motor in my banshee goes pop. Problem is I don't see that happening any time soon. Damn

I know what you mean. They really aren't that expensive when you think about what you're getting. Then if you're tight on money you could just sell your old jugs and maybe get half of that back.
03-18-2005, 05:59 PM
if not half a quarter of your money back. I just like the fact that you can put a 64mm stroker and you got a big ass motor and all for under $1000 and all your parts bolt right up. can't beat that. When that day comes I am for sure going that direction

ive done a lot of research on planets and banshee hq and blowtraxx and some other sites as well and the cub is the greatest thing that ever happened to banshee motors ,its dirt cheap in comparison to porting stock jugs and it flat out rocks, all the stock stuff bolts up and youcan give it a cleanup port for the casting flaws bolt it up and its already dune ported and triple exhaust ported with 6 transfers, its water jackets are large and small in all the right places ,it is simply the ultimate billet cad designed monoblock for banshees ,on a stock stroke with vforce and toomey t5s and alittle cleanup" port and polish theyre making 75 reliable ponies with over 40lbs of torque ,with a simple 4mill stroker on a cleanup port its breaking 100 hp on gas!.already ported she jugs are selling like nutz on ebay, its tipping the market right now as we speak, they are supposed to be that good!theres the cub and the bigger version called the bub .the new 535 cheetahs from cp are making near 150rwhp on alcohol! thsi is gonna dominate drag racing as we know it ,the new cubs are beating down honda saber motors big time from what ive heard
