| what do you guys like better castle nuts with cotter pin or lock nuts on arm ball joints on a banshee |

| My after market a arms have Locknuts & never had a prob with them. The tied rod ends are Castle Nuts w/Cotter Pin, no probs either.

| well he probably didnt have it tightened down, they arnt suposed to be loose, relying only on the cotter pin to hold them on, they should be tight, and the cotter pin is there just for saftey just incase |

I don't get it, where did all the pressure come from to even shave off that cotter pin? Maybe he reused an old one? I picked up a $5 box of assorted cotter pins from Harbor Freight. Good to have around, they're nice n' beefy too!

| unless the castle nut is loose, and moving around, it cant snap the cotter pin off..and i remember ragun saying that he was using bent nails as cotter pins once haha ![]() |

| we used sum nails cause thats all i had at my house lol but idk where tha pressure came from they were yzf450 a arms but he was doing sum donuts and tha bottom a arm jus fell to tha ground
