Default Artic cat 350 4x4 lockup

ok i found a deal a guy wants to trade me my honda xr 80 dirtbike for a artic cat 350. however the artic cat front tires are locked up he thinks it is sumthin to do with the fourwheel drive he said he was driving up a hil and they just locked up. anyone know why this is and is this a good deal for me? i dont want to spend more than 100 buck getting it fixed.

Every other site on the internet seems to be a 4 stroke forum. Most of the douchebags on other sites are stupid and think 2 strokes are unreliable pieces of shit.

Anyway, if the front end is locked up it could be major in which case you'd have to spend more than $100. You won't know until you work on it so it's basically a mystery.

dam i dont know the people i have talked to seem to thinks its no big thing but i dont know enough about them. I wish i could find someone who had the same problem

im no expert on utility 4x4 but ive see n enough problems to know when your 4 wheel peel goes out i n the front end it is usually expensive as hell ,it is a complicated system with many "busy "factory parts and they could easily run you into several hundred dollars range if it was neglected by the previous owner and seized . the arctic cat is a total dog IMO . i would never get one (AC utility)even for a 4 stroke they are very underpowered for their displacement and so very overweight and body rol l is absurd .the 400 arctic cat 4x4 feels like it has even less torque than a 210cc kawasaki bayou . it surprsies me they are eve n popular for utility models

i had a similar problem with my bomb 4x4 400 and it cost over $1600 in repair bills. hurray for extended warrantys.

cant u just diconcent the front shaft? kawasaki is the best for utiltety!
