I found this interesting: "V4-500 The V4 - 500 is a all new developed 500 cc 2-stroke race engine GP1, the king class in motorcycle world championship.
Basic data: 210 HP; 500 cc; 39 kg weight"

i really doubt 210hp out of 500

the 2stoke diesel have ports in the cylinders. on modern diesel engines both valves are open at the same time and the boost psi pushes the spent gases out the exhaust.

the 2/4 would be possible think of it this way in both 2 and 4 the piston is the same, the valves do the same just in a different place, the ecm can open them when needed, the intake from the top to the bottom and exhaust at the top with the intake open at the top and the boost psi will push out the spent gasses. it would be a powerfull engine. think of it with no2

got any info on this thing??? i think it could be possible with huge amounts of boost .....like 100 psi and running on alcohol
