Fortunate enough atv racing is the fastest growing sport in america (according to atv sport mag though) and because of that, the white collard politically pricks can't do crap about it. So what if they don't like us racing, what they gonna do about it? Like i said, this isn't a new issue, and it has been shut down in many states (meaning they didn't enforce the law). Whether the information is true or not, fuck it, cuz me and the rest of us are still gonna be raping the piss out of our toys at 8am or 12pm...regardless of what THE MAN says.

Bullshit. People said the same thing when the government was trying to ban 3 wheelers and look what happened. Politicians can do whatever they want. The good thing is that manufacturers are finding ways to make power and still keep the noise level down to a reasonable level.

Well it was like in NH they said no trails could be within 1000 yards of any well source and it passed. Then they realized that they made a mistake and it should have been 100 feet. However it took them over a year to over turn the law. So for over 1 year no trails could be built in NH

the consent decree was a safety issue. When people start getting seriously injured and even killed, the government must step in. Nowadays, the manufactures will pay for you to go through a saftely course if you want. Suzuki highly encourages it. This however is not a safety issue...this is about people bitching because they can't hear anything over the noise of their neighbor's toys. What i was getting at is this....ATV racing is becoming more and more popular and therefore, the manufacturers are getting involved more heavily. Because of this, they are doing all they can to reduce noise levels and increase hp. Also, wether or not they BAN production of OHV's, they can't keep you from riding the ones you own. I wasnt' saying that the law weren't going to go through..i'm just saying i will ride/race regardless of what politicians say.

This is BULLSHIT! seriously theres that many people in this country that rides and owns atv,dirt bikes, or any other ORV, and your gonna tell me there are money hungry, erogant, pricks in OUR government that want to ban them. That is shit, I thought this was a democracy where we have power. I think the millions of ORV owners is enough power to shove these bills so far up these politicians asses they can taste them. They already got rid of two strokes basically, all because of polution, yeah well I havent seen them ban any other polluting thing, only short end of things, more people own cars, and factorys make more money for them to shut down or ban them, but he who cars if you cant use a 2 stroke weed eater in california, or little willy down the street can ride around his yard on his little two stroke mini bike, WTF, this country is so fucking fucked up! It doesnt matter what the political affiliation is, most liberals and conservatives alike dont give a shit about ORVs or the people who ride them, and thats the bottom line. What matters is there are assholes everywhere who complain to their congress person and pressure them to introduce new legislation to restrict the use of quads and bikes. We shouldnt be focusing on finding blame, but finding a solution.

See, BBDR almost got shut down years back because of the noise. So the track and its neighbors came to a compromise.... "Engines Must Be Off at 12:00 a.m No Exceptions" We usually get the races done at 11 if everyone is at the line on time and no accidents. I was getting yelled at by a guy that didnt Own the land i was riding on, i had permission to ride there too. He said Mine was too loud and i said i have permission to ride here and he said that doesnt matter so i kicked it over and reved the hell out it and did a holeshot right infront of him.
