| Vids of the quad a friend and I built. Check em out. They are wicked. Its a 87 frame modified to hold a CBR 600f3 engine. Roughly 100-105 HP. http://s16.photobucket.com/albums/b1...%20YF3/Videos/ Pics of the build http://s16.photobucket.com/albums/b1...Project%20YF3/ |

| So good you had to post it twice? (Yeah I saw you forgot to add the links to the other one)What in the heck did you do to the swingarm? It looks like you just welded on steel plates... I noticed the all blue gixxer in the one pic. Did you paint that or just remove all the graphics?

| Yeah, the swingarm is extended by 11 1/2"x5x3/8" CRS plate. It is serious over kill but it was just a trial to test what length chromoly tube arm to make. The project is still a work-in-progress and was our first 'build' of this type. We learned a lot from it and plan to do 2 more hopefully before summer is over (budget allowing) This one is fast but a 1000RR engine and a better design will make it unreal. The blue gixxer is a friends. He painted it (badly) that color. It has runs like a sum-beyatch. Its cool though, its a stuntbike so who cares. | thats perdy cool man. ive got a 86 trx250r platform that im doing a 02 cbr f4i motor in. its been a work in progress for about 3 years. i worked on it for a while and then stoped. "sold" it to a buddy, then he dident give me any money for it. so now we are both workin on it togather over at his father in laws house. we got a tig welder over there so it worked out for the better. we are designing it to run 250r plastics. it will use full suspension front and rear. the stock gas tank will be the airbox after the bottom is cut out. the swingarm is a 9 over made by mp racing. we are haveing one of the bottom frame rails beak away so the motor can come in and out. i think im gonna use your idea on the banshee style upper cylinder mouts. what size sprokets are you useing. we got ahold of a 12 tooth 520 front sproket but im thinking it might skip teeth. i just dident want to use a super large rear sproket. we have a 42 in the rear. ![]()
