yeah project is right on that. if ebay can't get resolution you can go to court with it and get your property. if the guy had a police report then he could definetly fight it but with out proper documentation he is screwed. there are a lot of cases out there on ebay where people put false info online and they just close up the account and disapear there isn't really much you can do about that. but this guy was in the corner.
