Banning Banshees?

Ok new guy here.

Have a question though.

I have been wanting to buy a Banshee recently. I liked the hieght compared to all of the other ones out there.

My question is though are they banning these at all? I have been told that at lake Powell they are.

Any help would be great.

Well its quite possible that they bann 2strokes in certain area's mostly in california but they will never bann them all together, especialy in my area...
