first bad experience with ebay....

i bought and paid for these dodge ram, heated, power, folding, towing mirrors for my buddy on november 15th.

i talked with some guy there today and he tells me "well, looks like we never sent em out to ya". i had e-mailed the company "FENDERWORLD DIEHL AUTO PARTS" 2 weeks after and got nothing back but a generic reply. i figured it was just taking a long time because of the high volume of packages being shipped this time of year.... oh no!!! they just took my money and never shipped the item. they had no exuse either. nothing like, our computers crashed, or everyone here was killed by a rouge mutant hampster, just that "oops we forgot". i wouldent advise buying anything on ebay from the username FENDERWORLD out of Michigan.

it only takes one of these guys to make you leniant about the rest of the people on ebay. Guess they don't realize that people talk and one bad deal is really gonna suck for there book of business.

im kinda pissed off at the whole ordeal. they could of at least offered to refund part of the shipping cost. i know it does not cost 35 bucks to ship these.

another funny thing he said to me right after i got off the phone - "im gonna ship these out today for ya (28 days later) but make shure that IF you revice 2 sets that you get in contact with me so we can arrange return shipping" - yeah fucking right! if by some reason i recive 2 sets of mirrors, the last thing i will do is call thoughs fuckers.

I get screwed on ebay a lot. I bought a frame for an R that was "sandblasted, checked over really well and perfect". Well needless to say the frame was a POS and had a huge crack on the front motor mount, the rear subframe has cracks where it meets the main frame by the pegs, and the lower tubes that are welded to the main ones in the bottom of the frame have some cracks. No luck with a refund either. I mean I only paid $220 for it so fixing it wont be bad but If I had paid as much as some of those frames sell for I would have really been pissed.

Then I buy a bumper for an R and get a pretty good deal and when it comes one of the mouning tabs is freaking cracked. His response was "well what did you expect for that price" I was so pissed because in the auction it said "in great shape" . I didnt know great shape meant cracked.

Crooks have went high-tech......the few times I've been ripped off it wasn't just me, they stole from a bunch of people at the same time....the bad thing about it was they had good feedback, then decided one day "Hey, I'm gonna rip the next 10 people off, get kicked off ebay, and open a new account later"

Keep in mind that some people are clueless as to what they are selling also. I bought a Tri-z off of ebay that the guy thought was in great shape. I knew going in that it would be a project bike, but this thing was a total roach. When he asked for positive feedback and I said no, he couldn't understand what the problem was. He was using nails with the heads cut off as roller bearings for the swingarm pivot. But he actually believed that it was in great shape. The whole bike was like that also. It has been torn down to the frame since the day I got it. I consider it my fault for being too trustworthy. Everyone just needs to be careful, but it really sucks when you're dealing with an actual business on ebay and they jack you around.

Yeah... im dealing with one of those businesses right now, waited 3 months for parts that were wrong upon arrival. Sent them back and this crook wont refund my money. ASSHOLE.
