You know I hate doing this but damn people just don't do what they say.
I paid this dude over three weeks ago for a Thumb throttle from and Lt250 R he is parting out. He tells me that he will ship it withing the next 3 days. 3 weeks go by and I haven't heard nothing from him. He won't answer emails, PMs nothing.

So Mr. Rian Colburn I am filing a claim with Paypal to get my money back. I didn't start doing this yesterday.

some people who dopnt use paypal will insist on only using a postal money order that way if their is a serious problem its a federal offense and the government is involved .
