So about 2 weeks ago i wound up getting stuck in about 3 1/2 feet of water with the peice of junk...had to have my friends 93 chevy blazer pull my 2006 explorer out of the water....so i go and drain the oil get alot of water out then remove the plugs to get the rest of the water out of it....start it up getting a loud banging....change the oil 3 more times until it sopped coming out liek chocolate milk...lol....still banging so i bring it to the ford dealership.....luckily i used to work there so they warentee everything....get the car back and seems fine just smells a lil from the 6inches of water that was in it...lol...then i drive some more and relize it feels like it has a miss....(slightly rough idle)...so i brought back today to see whut was going on with it....come to find out the compression in 2 cylinders is lower then normal.....so now i have to bring it back again monday to let it hopefully get fixxed before the SL trip in a couple of weeks....

My big gripe is that the fuckin car as there for 2 weeks before and the motor was ripped apart so they could change a piston and a bent rod.....why dont they check these things before i get the car back.....now they will have to rip the motor apart again to fix any problems that are occuring...if this truck isnt finished before the SL trip im going to crash a city bus thru the showroom window....ii always said with this place you go in with one problem and leave with another......

Guess its tru whut they say about ford....Atleast they circled the problem

yea well it was def my fault and the dealership does suck but atleast there using warrentee to fix everything on a water damged motor....lol
