any1 ever deal with bugard cycles before?

i bought a swingarm off them almost a month ago. i havent recieved the part yet i call the company and either no1 will awnser or they say they will call me back and no1 ever does. i dont know what to do??? they took almost 800 dollars from me the day i ordered the part. its the best price ive found for a swingarm. and i dont want to use the stock 1 i got with the other quad i bought. wtf should i do???

If you dont get it in another week or two call the Better Business Bureau. Let them know whats going on. Make sure you have all documentation for the transaction. Order record date and when the transaction accured. You should have an order number as well. You need to call the company that is messing with you and tell them you will call the Better Business Bureau and they will get thing moving. If all else fail call your local news station and see if the want to an investigation on them and raise some hell. yOU PAID AND HAVE RECORD OF IT. Call your credit card company or paypal. Whatever you used let as many people involved know and some one will be able to help.

Burgard is known for being slow, but in the end they always seem to come out smelling like a rose. I'd imagine good parts would be worth the big time hassle...get on em....they'll get you your shit or suffer the consequneces....

We bought an alba swingarm and it took 7 weeks,and it took about 2 hours for them to take the money out of my bank account. You have to remember they probably had to make your swingarm to order,I doubt they had swingarms in stock. Next time you call them and they say they will call you back,refuse to hang up and make them figure out whats up. I dont think they want you mad,just dont let them give you the run around again-----alba was very upfront about the wait though

yes, lots of reports of Bugard being very slow.. they are actually based about 20 miles from me.. and my local shop carries their a-arms, swingarms, and carriers, my friend has a set of their chrome a arms on his raptor, they are pretty nice, and priced right, $420 he payed for em, and trhe guy at my shop was tryin to sell me some for my banshee for $400.. the only thing i donjt like is the ball joints he uses look cheap and are about half the size off the ones i ended up gettin... anyway, ive read lots of things on here about "the swing arm shop" on ebay, , heard lots of good things about em and i think they are only like $200... if u dont get it sorted out soon i would tell Bugard the truth, tell them they have a reputation for bveing slow as hell, all over the internet, and eveyrone is agreeing that they take too long, people dont like to hear that their company is being talkked badly about on the internet,, maybe that will light a fire under their ass.. cause all i hear is shit about them being so dam slow. and of course they take ur money within hours... thats how eveyrone does it... bastards,

Yeah took a few weeks to get my A Arms from them, they sent the wrong Tie rods, I sent them back and have been waiting for 2 weeks for the right ones, I should have kept them, learning my lesson , and I sent e mails and phone calls.

Take a look at burgard direct on ebay,and look at the bad and negative feedback,there is a truckload and it is all about how long it takes.

i bought 2 sets of burgard a arms for my shees... and on a 2nd chance offer on ebay... i got my parts in about 2 weeks or so.. anytime i called they answered the phone and my questions were answered right away....

I have had good luck with them also, they are a very good company that makes quality products. The fact is...Now its spring and their slammed.
Its not right that you cant get ahold of them, but you will get your end result.
Just keep tring, you'll get thru.
