Default engagement quad

I was getting sick of my girl stealing my shee every time she felt like riding, and i was thinking of proposing to her, so I bought an 06 banshee on it's first bore with fresh holeshots on douglas wheels all the way round, nerf bars, t6's, and i put my old clamp-on k&n's on her carbs to get rid of the shitty air box/filter setup. other than a durablue axle, that's all of the mods. when i bought it, i checked the compression and it was 100-105 on both cylinders, so i thought i was golden.
I paid 2250 for it, and I thought I got a deal, but now the tires are wearing uneven in the back, and my brother says the tires look crooked. Now that I really look at it, the carrier is completely fuct and the tabs on the swingarm where the carrier goes are bent and twisted to fuck. The main part of the swinger looks ok, but I havn't pulled it yet and the tabs on the frame where the swinger bolt goes thru are twisted a little.
So heres the summary:
Left rear-to-left front: 49.5"
Right rear-to-right front:50.75"
AND if the frame is supported, the left tire is about 1" higher off of the floor.

I know that I'm buying a carrier and prob a swinger, too (unless the tabs where the carrier bolts can be straightened), but do I have to buy a frame too? The frame is not cracked near the welds anywhere, and there is very little paint chipping near where the swinger bolts to the frame, so can this be fixed or would it just be cheaper to look on ebay for a frame/swinger/carrier setup?

Does anyone have specs for measuring the frame like a body shop uses?

just buy a used swing arm and carrier off one of the guys on here or bansheehq, when i was looking for a swinger like a month ago, there was tons of guys on bansheehq offering me swingers for $50 and cheaper, i got one off a guy on there for $35 SHIPPED, looks brand new. cant beat that, carrier shouldnt cost anything over $50 either

I looked at it hard from the front and the back, but I never stood it on its back wheels and grab bar. If I did, I would have noticed it right away. The damn thing rides nice, too. You couldn't tell unless you know it's there and you look straight down on the bike from above. The only problem is when you pop a wheelie it tracks to the side like one tire is low.

If it was my quad i would for now, but it's for my girl and she's just barely learning to really RIDE and I don't want anything stupid to happen. I do have good news though, I worked for a few hours this weekend and straightened out the plates where the carrier mounts and as far as i can tell, the swinger isn't bent enough to matter, and the frame is OK untill I build the motor. No cracks, just one bent tube on the bottom, and the paint is chipped a little around where the swinger bolt goes, so all i need is a carrier. anybody wanna sell a stocker?
