Courtney Man i feel bad that you feel like you got a raw deal, and from the looks of it you might have.... In my honest opinion the best thing for both of you to do, is stop all of this publicity battle tactic, and discuss it in private. Give the guy and yourself some time to work out the issue and settle it. Taking public like this is should definately be a last resort, and maybe i am wrong and it is, but from the looks of the response it sounded like a blind side hit to me.

Probably the best thing for both of you to do is just ship each others shit back (EVERYTHING) and call it a wash..... If you start tearing into the motor you are going to lose out on bargaining power and the chance of setting everything back to square one... I have been selling shit all my life and a lot on ebay and i have found that talking about it before leaving negative feedback is a wise and better desicion for all parties involved...

don't get me wrong, if you got wronged then heads need to roll, but try working it out before, you pull the trigger. If words don't work, then kill em all and let God sort em out.

I have yet to tear into this motor, it still sits in the box it came in. As for talking about it hear or in person. I choose email. And here's his most recent reply to my just wanting to return it and get my motor and money back.

what-swapping parts-you mean you not sending them?I tell you what you send somebody here and they will have to deal with the police.Im not thaking any more threats.As for time to bow out you kept pressuring me to send it so thats wrong.e2s-i could give a rats ass what you lied to them about.I am not wal-mart and WILL not acept a return you probully took something out of the motor or something like that-when you changed up the deal WITHOUT telling me(sending a note doesnt count)i lost my trust in you.If you want to send the pipe as planned,keep the 25 and buy yourself a stator cover-ill send the other parts-thats all that will happen and sorry if you not pleased but you seen the pics and next time you might want to buy something like this personaly.If i was trying to rip you of i would have never sent the motor in the first place!I dont like you slandering me and im going to check e2s and if i feel threatened in any way i will contact the state police and file charges.There are alot of laws against things like that and the www is considered to be a part of indiana!
