Default Building the blaster up!! Carb start point

OKay, okay you get 10 posters a week asking about what there carbs are supposed to be at. I don't need all that I just want a start point, and I figure there seems to be enough mechanically inclined persons on here with similiar equiment. So anything will help.

Here's what I have to start with

-2001 Blaster
bored 70 over at 67.75MM
FMF SST full exhaust
K&N straight off the carb
Reed v-force 3 valve
PWK 30MM carb

This carb is coming brand new from the factory and should be here next week. Just trying to get ahead here. Thanks for any help

Steve

Default I have another question

Okay so I took the cylinder into the shop to have it bored over. They couldn't tell me if I needed to have the head cut o meet the new bore size. Can I leave it alone?
