Default cp customs...still waiting :(

ok i don't like to give negative feedback on anyone if i don't have too but this is getting Ridiculous... so heres the story... i sent my 240 cylinder off to get it ported and bored, the head rechambered for the 3mm stroker crank and a new piston... cp customs had me send the whole motor in... i did they were pretty fast and responsive at first... i got my motor back and with in the first 10 minuetes of riding my head gasket blew... so i thought while i have it apart i'll check out the work... i was very suprized to see that inside the cylinder still had some scaring from the blow and what looked like some rough edges from an improper boring... so i called craig(the owner) and he said send it in, we'll get it fixed. a month later no returned phone calls, no returned emails, no cylinder, i'm starting to get pissed i was just wondering if anyone has had this sort of experiece with them and if not i would be careful if you were thinking about getting work done... this is my experience so far and i'm not very happy so far... if things change for better or worse i'll post it... heres some pics of what i found when the head blew

yeah it turned out that the gasket wasn't seeted due to the cylinder studs being too tight... and that caused metal to pooch up around the studs... i fixed that...i wasn't sure but the head didn't look good i don't have any pics i shoulda took some... craig said send it in and they'll check it all out and fix it but i havn't heard back ... he said it due to some idiot they fired but whatever... i shoulda sent it to you deny ... i will next time for sure!
