"dirtparts" bad ebay seller

purchased a chain and sprocket set from him back on sept 13. 2 weeks later with no word from him i finally get a respose saying the sprockets i wanted were out of stock and he would send me a refund. well 2 months later still no refund check. i've called, emailed does no good. they keep saying they will send one as the last one must have gotten lost. i've never had a letter get lost in the mail, all BS. and now i can't file a claim with ebay as its been longer that 60 days. i knew i shouldn't have took his word and should have filed a claim last month. i did email ebay but nothing will probably happen.

and i will also try and file a mail fraud claim at the post office, as it was a postal money order i used.

so i sugest everyone stay away from them. i should have read his feedback first, as hes is slow and has not sent refunds to others.

That really sucks.. I have about had it with lame ebay sellers myself... I have ended up with quite a pile of unusable parts... WHY CANT PEOPLE JUST BE HONEST????

I keep hearing more and more stories lately about this ebay crap.
I've been waiting on a $10 part from another site for a month now..
Hate downtime on the bikes, hate it more when others in this industry don't help it at all!

my girlfriend bought me a sweet dvd mini camcorder on ebay for alot of money problem is they sent a used cheap ass wrong camera that is a dv and unselaed and used ! not eve na dvd recorder and its worth about 100-150 less $ it ruined christmas already and this was a big time seller wit h excellent feedabck no communication no returned emails nothing ,same deal sblt500 is going through ..i say dont buy expenisve stuff on ebay and paypal is owned by ebay ,they dont give a shit about con artists there .hope yo uget your money back Shawn
