my dam cylinder

will i had my cylinder taken too PSM machining services and they told my they had no problem with boring it and honoing it for me and. It was there for 3 days and they call today and say they havent done anything yet becouse there stones for the honers are to small and not long enought to clear the reed port they might be afraid that it might snap in the reed port.

so i picked it up today and now i have too send it out to some different shop around CA to have it done.BECOUSE CURTIS SPARKS IS BACKED UP FOR 3 WEEKS DEW TOO FOUR STROKE SHIT.and they are big assholes there.

will heres another option i have is to have someone on here do it for me if anyone would like too help me out i will be willing to send it out i neeed this bike done by mid march.thanks

Well I cannot offer boring but if you need a new piston for it let me know.

send it to neil at C-leigh racing. He is the shit and will do it for a nice price as well. Or you could go to gassrx onhere. If you just need a bore, you could send it to esr, they turn around stuff real fast, of at least when i had them do stuff they got it back in a short time. But i would not have any big company port it, waste of money.

www.phatheadracing.com I took my zilla cylinder there today and he's boring her out at $55 and also getting me the piston kit. He's right off the 215 at Eastridge rd.

They do all the work meaning, boring and honing of cylinders. He has been in the business for a while. Take a peek at his website. I have never had any issues with his work.

For the piston kit RJ he said around $140 beacuse of the 1mm overbore. I will pick it up next week and tell you the exact price.

i can do it here at my shop for you for 40 bucks bore and hone done in a day if you get them to me were in southern cali all work is done in house.
