Not sure what your name is so I will call you Crusty until we get more acquainted. I think it is great that you have a forum for Blasters. It does look very organized however you are organizing for 1 specific model 2-stroke, this site is organized for any and all 2-strokes. Regardless your forum looks nice, I wish you luck it’s not an easy job keeping a site running when you start to gain traffic.
One thing that I have always aspired for this site is to keep it open to everyone and to let people speak their minds. In the Sales industry there is a saying some will, some won't, so what, Next. It applies to a lot of things in life including managing an Internet forum. Some will like your site; some won't, so what, next visitor. People expressed that they don't like your site on here, who cares! If I was to search the internet to reply to people who don't like E2S I would have to quit my job and reply to thousands of people a day. Who Cares!!
If you like your site and others like your site great you accomplished something now move on to gaining more members. Don't think for a second that you are going to battle with people who don’t like the site until they like your site it's not going to happen.
My whole point is worry about the people who like your site not the people who don't. I have had emails saying that they are coming to my house to kill me, WHO CARES my .45 says otherwise.
Congrats on the site, I wish you luck if you every have questions about vbulletin let me know it gets harder as the site grows.
