anybody else have a roblem with a hinson basket wearing out prematurely? mine is all grooved up and is bearly used...

I had the full Hinson setup in my 98 yz250 and I had no problems what so ever in my two years of owning the bike.

I read about that basket wearing alot on thumpertalk. Wiseco makes a better product and cheaper then the hinson.

It didn't take me long to put grooves in mine either. I haven't noticed any problems, but there was wear when I took the engine apart.

the hinsons coating on them wear out same prob wit my 250r grind the notches in it youll have a little play but get ur money worth out of it for wut they sell a kit for
