| if you sent the guy a money order, you should still have your copy and you can check to see if it has been cashed. If it hasn't, put a stop on it. Next since you have the guys address, you can have the authorities look into your problem, and assuming you mailed the money the guy can be charged with mail fraud. |

| pay pals good but even if you do make a claim before 30 days. this does not mean you will get your money back. I bid on a manual for 15 dollars and the person never sent the item and ofter 2weeks the person closed there account and pay pal did nothing to get my money back. at least it didn't cost me alot to find out, all that pay pal wants is there cut of the pie. they dont care what happens to your money. |
