Go# damnit I hate when people screw other people over. It just ruins the whole trade/buy sell environment for everyone else. We were looking at buying a 88r the other day and the guy didnt even want to take a certified check in person due to all the CC fraud.

no, what happened is the guy listed his frame and i contacted him, but waited to see if anyone was gonna bid on it. nobody bid on it, so we agreed on a price. then, the rest is history. he's probably got a user account on this site. if Dane Firestone with an email address daneashley99@yahoo.com is a registered member, it would be nice to know. he's a hardcore polesmoker that doesn't deserve to even have the opportunity to read anything about the sport.

this guy's just a total ***. i wish i lived 2000 miles closer, because i'd beat him proper then post pictures for amusement of all. i wouldn't doubt if the VIN on his banshee that he rides is magically the same one he sold me. so, if i were to repossess it, anything attached to the frame would be mine also correct?

Sorry to hear about the issues on GasDriven. I did a search on the email address and found nothing on E2S. I also made his account on GasDriven inactive.

I would talk to the Post office that you got the MO at and tell them that this guys screwed you over. I think there are measures that they can take to help you out.
