e-bay scam

how do you go about going after someone who screwed you on ebay? i bought a bead braker off some guy like 3 weekes ago, and have yet to get it in the mail or a reply to my e-mails. i am a patient man but this a$$hole is about to get a visit to his front door!! thanks for the help Jim

Did you use paypal? How much did you spend on it? Paypal has ways to deal with it, but there is a minimum amount they will work from. There are also ways within ebay, but neither one of them helped me for the $14 I spend on a parts microfische cd for my trike. I got phone numbers from both of them for the guy I bought it from. Both were different and both got me to a disconnected phone. I make sure I get plenty of information anymore before I do anything on ebay. I hate that scammin motherf&^%$#s!!!!!

yeah the scamers on ebay really piss me off. i think after your feedback gets to a certin point they should pull your account. the wierd part is not many people even look at feedback.

i wont bid on anything no matter how good of a deal it is if there feedback isnt prefect

yeah thats just the thing he had no negative feedback, the total was $62. just the fact that he didn't respond to my emails either. getting pretty pissed!!! keeps this up and he might find out what his teeth taste like lol

they do if you get a certin amount of negitve feedback they suspened your account for 6 mouths

yea i agree 100% on that, these people selling the "new" banshee's for $3,000 on there probly make money off the people who don't know better
