back in the end of may he was parting out his lt250r. so i bought a plastic nose and cap from him for $42 shipped. paid him with a money order. and never recieved it. called him and got his answering machine, and later that night he would email me telling me he will ship it tommorrow. now its been a month and a half, and guess i'm not gonna see it. just was wondering if anybody else bought anything from him. oh and now his account was shut down.

i heard he was arrested in new jersey for fu%kin chickens! seriously though, if his ebay status is nonexistent he is probably a crook and is gone with your cash. i had thsi happen several times to me ,it sucks,one day there a good seller with good feedback ,next day there shootin up herion in some back alley with your stereo equipment auction money

this was the first time this ever happened to me and i was kinda pissed. good thing it wasn't alot of money. he must have scamed a bunch of other people for them to shut his account down. oh well you live and learn.

See this is what is wrong with ebay if you contact them and tell them this person never sent me anything and won't call me back they just put a strike on there accont then ban them once they get 3 strikes. So basically 3 people have to be screwed before they take action.

yeah, luckily I've only been screwed out of $12 or so on there. I've been buying alot of things on there lately and I'm happy I haven't been screwed with on most of those big purchases.

i just can't figure out why people would have a %100 feedback then all of a sudden they think "hey i'll sell some stuff and not send it to people, that'll be funny". and then he'll be a little richer but poorer in everyone elses mind.

and i have been buying and selling on ebay without a problem till this guy.

I have had the opposite problem, never not received what I bought (I have dealt with some really slow shippers though, three to four weeks from a state away), but have been screwed by people running the price up on things I was selling and then not paying, then you have to screw around and wait for ebay to give them a chance to pay, seven more days or something like that after you have already waited ten or more days with no payment. Then when you finally get it relisted and it doesn't sell for crap!

think i would help if ebay gave you there name and address of people that have scammed you. its amazing what a letter from a lawyer threating sueing for cost plus damages will do.
or the sound of a baseball bat politely knocking on their door.
