Hmm, broken piston skirt maybe? What does the plug look like is it wet or fouled?

Also the only thing I have really changed since the weekend was a new starter idle gear went to adjust clutch out washer embedded in clutch basket and clip destroyed and a new Foam filter of same type

It is wet if I clean it the thing fires right up could it be jets before I worked on it shee was a 2 kick bike but not anymore

what plugs are you using. and check your plug boots for contact in the wire.

i had 135psi before my breakin with 20cc domes. Although i have a NOSS head.

umm check ur reeds on tha dead side or u might have a bad bottom gasket on that side

I have check the reeds and swapped them side to side to see if the problem moved and it changed nothing

Electrical is a possibility but when I do get it to fire up the lights are bright not sure on the voltage though

Tried checking for gasket leaks with starter fluid it didnt change the rpms and all
