Which Coil?

Ok so I think the coil is whats causing me to have only one cylinder fire... so I have seen on RJATV that he offers a coil "Nology Profire Coil And Hotwires Kit " should I go with this or just an OEM replacement, Mods are T5 pipes, K&N air filter, V-force 3 reeds, bored .20 over and a trial port, and tors removed. For those of you that have bought it how is it?

Yep...love my nology fo sho...
Make sure you use NON resistor plugs once you get it.
The hotwires have a resistor in them already, no need to put a plug that has a resistor in as well.

Before I bought a coil though, I'd test the old one since you're looking to solve a specific running problem...
You can ohm test the coil, and if it has stock caps on it...more than likely that's the problem.

Stock coils work pretty good, actually...the end caps for the plugs are junk. NGK replacements are like 4 to 8 bucks each.

Nology for teh win. I run one and there is a difference. It really helped my quad start easier. I'm running the ProFire PFC-03S.

the thing i always noticed most was the improvment of the crispness and response off idle to midrange
theres a dyno run on here ofa modifed kx500 gtaining 3 more hp by using this so its definitly a good mod for the 140 some bucks it costs

Sorry to jack RJ...but, banshee332 has one on ebay for 85 starting out...
If I had extra cash, I'd buy it for a backup.....
