jet kit

Does anyone have any advice on choosing a jet kit for a bored banshee with vforce reeds? (at 994ft above sea level?)

stock carbs??? 290 300 main.

yes they are stock carbs with 290 mains

the reason I ask is because it is still really doggy at low end and wont idle yet either

and banshees are not the low end machine.

instead of "doggy" i should say "drowning" it spits black oil out of the exhaust ports, and i use Red amsoil dominator

Sounds too rich, you mixing 32:1 40:1? You prob need to change the plugs as well.. Hows that air screw setting on the carb?
try 1.25 turns and work it out & play with it a little.. Try those jets as suggested.. What clip is the needle at?
