| One of two things. You're overfilling it...or a crank seal or the case halves seal is bad, pressuring the gear box.

| which tube is the oil coming from, the one in the back of the motor next to the swingarm or the one up by the water pump cover? chances are one of those hoses are pinched and it causes it to force oil out the other hose.

| to be honest i don't know which tube. i will look when i get home tonight. i have all the vent hoses routed into 1 bundle up behind the radiator so i will have to trace it back. also the motor has a fresh rebuild with all new gaskets. thanks |

| also seen a water pump seal leak some pressure out and pressure the tranny fluid and shot out the tube.

| ok so i pulled the breathers out so i could get at them. i blew into one tube, got air out the other tube and vice versa. i plugged one tube and blew into it and it held pressure. i pulled out the spark plugs and blew into the breathers, it held pressure.(to see if maybe the crank housing had a bad seal) i even did all that and kicked it over a few times to see of i could get some kind of pressure change, nothing, the pressure never dissipated. i was at a loss so i separated the breathers and routed them one on either side of the tank so i could clearly see which one was which, slightly over filled the trans, and rode it for 10 or 15 min so it was good and hot. nothing!! WTF!! every time i filled the oil in the past it would come out the over flow in a matter of minutes and now when im trying to diagnose the problem i cant recreate the problem. i know this maybe a stupid question but cold it be the way i routed the hoses or maybe the length of the hoses. the hoses are not stock i had replaced them with some hose i had laing around the garage. now this hose is slightly smaller in diameter. i had to do some stretching to get it over the hose barbs. could this possibly have something to do with the problem? |

| i know i get oil spray from the line by the rad beacse on the short track all the oil goes to pne side in the turn so its comes up the vent line
