I have had numerous two strokes honda 250rs, 2 quad 500 etc.. & i have owned & i currently have a Banshee as well . I also like my two strokes better than the new fourstrokes And i would consider my self a two stroke guy . However , if your son is racing Gncc then in my opinion he should go with the YFZ 450 . It has great power for a stock bike & it will handle better than a banshee on a track . Not to say a Banshee can't be made competitive but it depends on how much money you want to spend . The honda 250r is also a great bike & just like the Banshee it can be made to be competitive . That's just my opinion
