well its possible just not likely to get that much out of one .IMO thats too muc h compressio n anyways ...it will fight your piston wear the rings and bearings sooner and youll lose tons of peak rpm

you can but a cylinder spacer from vitos. i know when u use a 3mm crank it comes with 2 gaskets and a spacer that goes under the cylinder not under the head.

before yo udo anything you need a to do a squish clearance check .. measure it using solder

something doesnt sound right to me. You should be shooting for around 175-185
