Default Carb For Big Bore

i am building 240 ported stroked blasty. i already know u guys are gonna tell me to get an airstryker carb or something like that.but i already have a 34mm that i had on my lt250 that i am gonna use. do you think or know of ANY problems i might have? or any good reasons why i shouldnt use the 34mm flat side?

yeah, the reason for not using the 34 mikuni off the LT is because they are a peice of crap. I went from a brand new 38mm mikuni to a Keihin PWK 39mm and was amazed at how much easier it was to tune and how much better it ran.

^^^^DING DING DING we have a winner ,my thoughts exactly. the mikuni tm flatslide is the biggest peice of shit on the planet followed closely by its bigger borther the 38mm tm flatslide

WELL it aint in the budget for a new carb right now. i will have to use the flat side. i just built a brand spakin new engine with all after market parts. just to be ran by a shitty carb! i think i will just use one of my 48ida dual webbers. i guess down the road i will upgrade but for now it will have to suck throug the flat side
