get rid of the oil injection first of all. Bored out engine, I'm assuming you mean bored .080 over? Get a cylinder with more life left in it and get some porting done with a good set of reeds, bigger carb and a better pipe those will make a big difference

the big bore jug is gonna be the most expensive way to go. cheapest route is bolt on stuff. reeds. pipe ( you already have that ) i wouldn't port a wasted cylinder unless you plan on getting it resleeved. the 3mm stuffer crank isn't too pricey. they work nicely with a stock jug w/ porting. but get the portwork AFTER you have the crank. and specify you have a stroker crank.

Get flotek to mill the head milled for race gas, lighten the flywheel, throw in a set of boyesen pro series reeds, and get rid of those mud lite tires. Put on a set of 20" razrs and a 14 tooth front sprocket. Those mods are cheap and will make a hell of a difference. If you have money left, get the cylinder ported by flotek and hang on 'cause it is gonna fly.

I run bel ray gear saver or type f atf in the tranny and get rid of that oil injection. I recently switched to amsoil dominator and I love it. Mix it at a 40:1 ratio and you will have no problems for a long time.

^^ you might as well get the 3mil crank first, because you will have to have the ports corrected for the added stroke.
