Default Blaster-shud i buy or not?

Ok well im thinking of buying a blaster for 475$ The guy says its all stock never been rebuilt and hasnt been ridden in about five years. He said that it has high compression and that it has a 34mm keihin with stock reeds and a stock pipe but no silencer. He says it runs but it runs rough and that it bogs down when you try too raise the rpms. He also just replaced one of the cases and put in new gaskets with it. I have no clue what the problem is Im not too familiar with blasters. He also claims the he does not use the oil injection but has epoxied the hole. Anyone know what is wrong with it? Is it a good deal?
Any Help is appreciated.

sounds like he's got too big of a carb on it. 34 for a stock motor is way too much.

I agree......you'll probably want to plan on getting a new pipe and silencer as well if you do buy it.

I second that, 34mm is to big for a stock motor. for $475 I think it's a good deal.

Agreed!
I don't need it, don't have room for it, but I'd still buy it for $475
