Default HELP!! 3MM Stroker Jetting

I have a Toomey B1 exhaust with airbox mod and a 3 mm stroker crank. Still has stock carburetor. What jetting should i uses with it, also should i change my pilot jet?

here in indiana im running a 310 or 320 i think, see my mod list below, its not ported, stock carb, 3mm stuffer crank, toomey b1 no airbox lid. ull be about the same its a good starting point

have flotek port and polish to match stroke this winter when i get the money, if i can work more then 3 days in a row
