Default Blaster rebuild issue/unknown noise

so its all together, got some gear oil inter her, got some AMSoil gas mixed to 32:1, fuel into the carb, all ready to go right. cant start it for like a half hour. fiddling with shit, we kept taking out the spark plug and cleaning it off probably 5 times out of the like 20 mins of trying to get it going. we get it going right BUTTTTTTT somethings teribly wrong. bad noise, i didnt run it for more than 5 seconds at a time, and we only started it like 4 times. so id say it got about 15 give or take a few running like this(just for further damage reference) anyone know what this is? i cant describe it so i took some video with good sound. (makes me want to cry, sounds so bad)

YouTube - unknown sound after rebuild

it almost sounds like somethings loose. we put in the old top end bearing because we lost the new one that cam with the hot rods crank so we think it might be that. you think it is? if it is or not were taking it back apart and taking out the old top end bearing just to take out that variable.(we found the new one) please someone tell me its just that bearing lol.

now i noticed a SIMILAR i cant say the same because it could be something else making the noise, in this rebuild startup. if you watch both videos, mines the one in the blaster, not the one on a block with just the pipe, you can kinda hear the same noise.

wrench man, the piston was the wrong size. it was off it was off by quite abit and it was the piston slapping around. these idiots at this shop near us gave us 2 wrong pistons, the one thats in that video is the 2nd wrong size piston they gave us so we ended up putting the old one in and its fine. im going up north for a week and when these idiots find us the right size piston ill swap out the old one for a new wiseco piston thats the right size.

so its running fine right now, well sounds fine. i still have to break it in saterday then im good to go.

Did you go up on the bore? Just saying, you don't want a smaller piston if the cylinder ware bored out.
Might even be able to just slap new rings on the old piston!!
Also check out our E2S Vendor/Sponsor RJATV, John knows his shit, you'll always get the right parts at the right prices.
I got my Blaster top end from him! Very pleased!!

2nd vid looks like a good way to ruin a motor, those cooling fins aren't getting any air!
