from what i understand the pre 03 axle's rotors line up and they should all fit in the blasters carrier, and i think it makes it +2 on each side

its gota be pre 03! wont work if its newer! i have done this modification on my blaster! axle, and caliper... its got hydrolic brakes in the rear now, and its 2" wider on each side! it works great! handles great! and stops great! i used the bearings that were already on the blasty, the axle slides right through!

\\yep1 he's right..... PB Blaster! that should do it! weird though, cause i have never done one that has been that hard? has it even moved at all? if you arent keeping the axle, take a sludge to one end! that should def get it out!!!!! are you sure your taking it off the correct side? you proly already know this, but it slided out the right side of the carrier!

yeh man i took off the axle nut and all the tires off even the hubs only thing left is the rotor on it and that shouldnt be a problem i cant even get it to pop out from the carrier the bearings can still rotate the axle but the axle just wont slide out...
