Exclamation Shift Problem

My 1994 Blaster is having trouble shifting, It Starts up 1st kick everytime, It will shift down into First gear and drive fine, Then when i upshift it will go into Neutral fine but it wont go any higher then neutral, Its only downshifts and wont upshift, Im thinking its the shiftfork, Does anyone know how to fix this problem or experienced this problem? i dont even know what the shift fork even looks like so im new to this.
