just did some more searching and found out that trinty makes or made a 285 kit for a blaster.. but people say its only good for drag..

what the blaster is a 240 kits 80 over the yamaha dealer saed it a 320cc

find me a .080 overbore piston for a big bore. i havent seen one yet. i thought even with boring a big bore to .040 and adding 6mm stroker you'd still be at 265cc's? SOmeone use to advertise a 285cc big bore kit. i forget who tho.

no way. that is only 80 thousandths over. you would need way more ccs than that. stock bore is 69 mm 240 bore is 72mm. that is a 3mm difference in diameter. .080 is 80 thousands of an inch. no place near 3mm

a 240 kit is actually only 232 cc add in a 3millimeter stroker ot that and its only 244cc it would take a huge bore and long ass stroke to get anywhere remotely near 320
