Default Big bore jetting

Alright lets say i have a big bore blaster... .080 making it like a 250cc or whatever.. im gonna run the stock crab.. 28mm...

FmF Gold series
K&n Filter with airbox.. drilled lid..
V force reeds


what should i crack this jetting up to.. its got a 240 main 32.5 pilot.. what should i boost it up to...
Im thinking 300 main to start and a 45 pilot

what do you all think.. i run banshees not this little blaster.

well fine.. forgot the fact its a 250 or what ever it is.. what should a pipe blaster.. jetting be???

well if what everyone says ..
stock is 66
big bore is 72.
.080 converts to 2 mm or so..
so some math and that works out to be.. 5.3 cc per 1 mm
74 mm bore = 242-243 cc

sugar has a stock carb on her blaster with a 300 main , clip in center position, and the largest pilot the vitos jet kit comes with. it is ported stroker with stock cylinder.if u have to get a cylinder over bored due to whatever reason it will not take it up enough ccs to make a shit. the big bore sleeve is larger diameter and even if u over bored the stock cylinder to the max it wouldnt be any where near the big bore

yeah i know.. there is only so much you can take out of stock cyclinder.. from what the guy was told.. its a 240 sleave in a stock jug.. he was told.. that the sleave is now .080.. makeing it a 310.. which i know its possible.. you would need that and a +7.5 stroke on it to get that kind of number..

stock blaster.. 197 cc??? <-- if so.. then .100 over.. max (i think) would make it a 210.5 cc motor..
21.5 ccs off from a new big bore and .100 cc off from what he was told..

300 main thats what im gonna start with.. just wondering about the pilot jet. 32.5 is stock..
do you think 45 or so will do it.

as far as i know im gonna say its not even a big bore.. thats why i wanna try to jet a stock carb to it.. if i cant get it then he can buy a new carb for the thing.. $10 in jets or 100+ for a bigger carb ya know.. besides i got a crap ton of main jets 220-340 maybe even higher. 2 of each..

i have a stock carb i can give you the jets out of. do u need them? maybe u should pull the head off and see the piston size and check the ports out. mat save u some time

ehhh the guy wont do that.. he thinks he will need a new head gasket.. im just gonna put a 300 main.. middle clip.. and a 35 pilot.. right now its running a 240main. 32.5 pilot... plug is gray.. almost white..

and his other blaster.. sapposed to be the same is 220 main 32.5 pilot plug is browner but still on the lean side..
