| i was told that the stock warrior spindles and hubs would fit on the blaster a arms. so i got a set of spindles, hubs, calipers and everything off of a friend of mine thinking that i could convert the front into disc brakes. but what do ya know, they dont fit. I know i have seen people with the disc brakes in the front and i was always told that they were warrior front ends. the only problem is it is a different style ball joint on the blaster a arms than the warrior a arms. has anyone done this conversion, have suggestions? THANKS

| you need either modidied spindles or 03 blaster and up spindles. There are so many ways but all need a little work. You can use your existing spindles with a spacer and a mounting bracket.Modified spindles look much cleaner but here is a link to another option. Hydraulic Front Brakes |

| thanks i like what that guy did in that link u gave me stroke. im either gunna try that or i thought about cutting the ends of the spindles off where they mount on the ball joints and swaping them so they fit but i dunno yet. and to answer nelsons question, the ball joints are bigger on the blaster and they are a different style. the blaster has a grove cut all the way around that the bolt goes through to hold it on. the warrior uses an end like what is on a tie rod end. that had a tapered peice and then a nut that goes on top.

| huh, thats a pretty creative way of doing it! i have never seen taht before. iv got banshee spindles on mine, dont realy know how it was done, i believe some machining was involved, the guy i bought it from did it, and never said anything. one day a friedn asked what year it was and i said 2000, anmd he was like, "2000 doesnt have disk brakes, but yours does?".... we looked around and found that it was a 200 frame and engine, and started looking at the brakes. it looks so clean, we cant figure how he did it? they work so good though i would def recomend them!

| yeah you have to drill out the warrior spindle. There is a how to either on this website or projectblaster.com I did the warrior spindle swap myself on my old 96 blaster and they worked great.
