so you are probably not not very concerned with weight or rotational mass...so for a longer lasting sprocket i would run something steel.

Rotational mass is always at the top of my list to reduce!!!!
Some applications need not apply.....

i seen that rj rtv carries sunstars i was thinking about trying one... also it sounds like steel is the way to go...

For the SAND run steel, I run a JT 41 tooth rear.

Steel ?? nice and cheap , I like to drop as much rotating mass as possible and I ran Aluminum sprockets for over 15 years on quads lasting 4 to 5 years with a good chain

wow..how many hours do you think you put on in a year?mine sure is not lasting that long.

YEA!!???, after about 150 hrs my chain is stretched FAR!!!! beyond the wear limit and the teeth on the sprockets look like hooks!

I changed mine out when it started snapping and popping while trying to ride over the next tooth from being so worn out!
