motor trouble

i have a 2003 blaster with toomey b-1 pipe k&n filter with outerwear reeds and a done over moter like a 67.5 i think. i do alot of duning and the rider rides hard and is over that weight limit and every time we take it out something happens. motor stops and is hard to stop we have to push start do you know what the problem could be?
