Has anyone delt with this company? I have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week now with no luck, tried by phone and email . I was wondering if they are a good company just having a problem or if I place an order will I ever see my parts? If anyone has delt with them I would like to hear from you about them and how did you contact them.

I don't care if the company is 100yrs old and all over the world, don't answer the phone one too many times and I'm dealing with someone else. Good customer service begins with answering the phone, eh?

I've dealt with Mark at Blaster Zone a couple times. He's a hell of a nice guy and hooked me up with a bunch of freebies once to correct a mistake that wasn't even his fault.

I bought one of the hydraulic brake kits, and the plastic manifold on the master cylinder busted apart. He never asked for me to return the part, he just sent me a whole new unit with a MUCH heavier duty forged aluminum manifold that he had machined specially to replace the factory unit. Apparently he had two other customers with the same problem. Instead of making us deal with the manufacterer like most retailers would do, on his own dime he corrected the problem immediately. He also threw in a couple hundred dollars worth of free goodies for my trouble.

HOWEVER, if they don't answer their phones or emails I'd go somewhere else. I suspect they might not do much business on their website anymore... just through ebay for some reason.

He gave you a couple hundred dollars worth of free stuff for a manufacturer's defect? I'm not saying you're lying, but that's really hard to believe! Was it stuff that he just didn't have any use for?

No... it was a whole set of steel braided brake lines, a hydraulic bleeder kit, a spare master cylinder and the afore mentioned forged aluminum manifold.

damn thats nice... so maine............. you still have the extra brake kit??? i know a pretty little FLIP that needs some hydro brakes.... i'd be interested in purchasing the first set if the replacement part is still available
