 plastic Will the newer blaster plastic fit on my 1999..i like the new pointed nose..and if the holes line up, I want to update, i dont mind removing the light or replacing it.      |

| Everything lines up except you need to make a mount for the new headlight assembly. It's not too hard to set it all up. I have the '03 nose on my '01 frame but without the headlight (I don't use a light anyway).

| i believe project blaster sells the mounbt for lining all that up...its only like $30, but if you are mechanically inclined you can do it yourself...

| I am actualy debating going that route. Because I love riding at night but I have my stock headlight off cause it looks like poo on there. I'm debating in going wiht that front grill, and getting the headlight assembly. That way it will look good and I will have a headlight that doesn't look like a pile....and it would probably be cheaper than going with them Trail Tech headlights

| WOW.. I just called my local yamaha dealer.. That nose piece for 2003 is only 26 bucks...i cant belive its that cheap for a new one. Also the whole light assy for the 2003 is 23 bucks!....the light bulb is actually the most expencive piece (11 bucks)..haha GOGOGO YAMAHA! |

| i'm getting the pink plastic from pb. i don't know which kind yet but 370 wants me to get a vented or screened hood, can't remember. . . he wants to fab up sumpin where the headlight shines out from underneath. . . |
