hmmmmm. interesting. he could of cleaned it up a bit for the pictures though. covered in mud and all rusted i dont think he is gonna get too many takers.

this is kinda like what i am doing. only im using a trx250r and a cbrf4i motor. of corse its gonna be a dune bike and never see any mud.

Ugly is the 1st thing that comes to mind. The guy bidding on it probable just wants a good replacement motor for his piston-popper Gixxer. That tank is pure hideous on a quad.

i dont know y people use the streetbike tanks on there swaped quads. im building a tank under the seat and cuting out the bottom of the 250r tank. this will be the airbox and storage for the battery and cdi and such. i dont know y you would ever want to ride something like that in the dirt though. talk about no traction. it dont help that the gsxr600 is all topend either. the reason i chose the f4i is because of the midrange and affordability. i was thinking about an r6 motor but the tranny sits too high and would cause it to sit very low in the frame to get the sprokets to line up correctly.
