| If its coming out the over flow..id say you put too much in. get a good measuring device and put the 650ml in it. What kind of 80w are you using? |

| blsters take less than a quart and there should be a little window to check the level. |

| 650cc for every oil change. 675cc whenever you open the cases of clutch side cover. It shouldn't be coming out any vent?

| I had gear oil come out of mine before, 1. Make sure that its not over full, it takes 650ml like Maine said. 2. If it is filled correct, you may have a problem such as a bad case gasket or a crack letting pressure from your crankcase area puch into the trans area causing oil to be pushed out the vent. Hopefully, its just over full |

| Blasters are bad for blowing clutch cover gaskets when you overfill the transmission. Most times it will blow out right beside the transmission vent nipple & spray oil on the pipe & down the swingarm & on the rear brakes. Next time any of you guys have a blaster engine apart, look & see where the oil in the clutch cover can get back into the transmission part of the cases. You will be surprized. Neil |

| oil from the vent and onto the tube can be a few things... 1 overfull, 650Ml of gearsaver 80w is fine, thats what i use 2 bad crank seal, allowing pressure to build in the crankcase and pushing out of the vent...happened to me ....i have NEVER seen a blaster blow a clutch cover gasket since, well, 89 when i started messin with them. also, if the clutch cover gasket was leaking, it wouldnt make it leak out the vent tube onto the head pipe. ps, for the ones who dont know...the case vent tube runs up along the frame and under the hood above the headpipe.
