Allright steve, I'll start from the bottom up. If you are looking into the stroker crank and the 240 get, get a PWK 35mm Airstryker carb. That 28mm will restrict you a bit...I have a website that has th e35mm for cheap. chest protector is a good idea....i havnt seen the Static gear yet but hey good luck with them, i';m personally a thor man myself. If you want good boots, go with SIDI or Alpinestars, you pay a big price, but they will be the best boots u've ever had in your life. The 240 kit is a good choice, i'd go with either vito's or CT. Pegs don't effect you alot, but hey its your money. As for tires and rims, get a set of razr tires or razr II's, and go with ITP or Douglas .190 rims, probably a 10 inch rim, I reccomend getting banshee front and rear hubs so you can run banshee rims...as for tires size well 18's if your going for mx and 20's if you are on trails (back tires), as for shocks you get what you pay for, Works are nice, but not th ebest....if you've got the money get elka triple rates with the adjustable preload, rezzies, and the long travel ones....as for swingarm go with a +3, no bigger unless you are drag racing, if you go bigger it will take away your cornering abilitys. A-arms +3 +1 is a good chioce, the +1 means they are an inch farther ahead, not up. As for the kill switch, as for the rear brake pedal and shifter, they aint cheap. Never heard of ASV, i'm running MSR gripper levers and I love them to death. Also, I"d reccomend a Magura hydrolic clutch kit. I have a +4mm stroker, and the cases had to be trenched so it could clear, but damn do I love it. Rox is a good company to go with...good choice on all 3 of their products you listed. I'm looking into handlebar risers from them also. Good choice on the handlebars also. And skid plates, good way to protect your investment. I dont think they make a +3+3 axle, but the LSR eliminator axle is +2 +2 so its a good chioce...its the eliminator or dominator somehting like that....As for the nerf bars, you have to look around, but a company makes them that has the heel guars built on them. Trenga used ot have a se tthat mounted through your front motor mount for added strength, had aftermarket footpegs, and heel guards, they ran for about $250 last I saw them.
And finally, as for the plastics, look at www.projectblaster.com and check out their online store, they have some nice plastics for fairly cheap. You do realize, that buying all this stuff for your quad, won't be cheap. You are running about $2000-$3000 here....Hope my opinion helped, and any questions on anything please PM me or call me just ask for my number in the pm....happy building!
edit:
forgot to finish my sentence on the kills witch. I'm running a Pro Armor and its really nice and only about $20. PM me for websites i have just about all of them, and if you are mechanically inclined I know a nice rear suspension set up that will only cost you about $350 for the shock with a rezzie, and a couple pieces of metal and a bolt lol. I'd also like to add this: I removed the counterbalancer from my motor, and this woke it up. it revs alot faster and really has some balls. Also I"d reccomend a 14tooth front sprocket and a larger chain, non o-ring of course. One again questions just let me know

My opinion...sell it and get a Banshee or TRX250R if you want something faster. I honestly could't see throwing that much money into a Blaster!

Just because YOU can't "see" it... doesn't mean somebody else can't. This thread is NOT going to turn into a 250r or Banshee vs. Blaster thread. There's plenty of reasons to get into building a Blaster.

The guy wants to know what you think about his choices for modifying his BLASTER...

We're a family here, and we all need to get along and support other members... not cut them down with ignorant comments.

I personally love seeing little tings like blaster go really fast. I love seeing screaming banshees but I hink its even more amazing to see something thats supsoe to be slow and the best bike really have tons of money in it and goo supper fast. it just shows everyhting has potential.

If you'd like to discuss it PM me. If you want to "explain yourself" in the thread you can do so without the drama.

You've been asked to act respectfully toward other members... if that's too much to ask then your options are pretty limited. Nobody is trying to be overbearing, but your reply was out of line.
